Who this is

This website is published by Kexo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17048958, whose registered office is at 50 Gleadless Drive, Sheffield, England, S12 2QN. It introduces Kexo, a comparison service for travel, shopping and everyday services, and the company behind it. It is provided for information, as it is, without warranty of any kind.

Kexo is not open yet

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell or supply anything. Kexo has not opened. There is nothing to search, book or buy here today, and no price or availability is shown. When Kexo opens, these terms will be replaced with terms for the service, and the date at the top of this page will change.

How Kexo will work

Kexo is a comparison service. It is not an airline, a travel agent, a car hire company or a retailer. When it opens, it will show options from providers side by side and send you to the provider you choose. Your booking or purchase is made with that provider, under that provider's own terms, and you pay them and not us.

Some links to providers will be affiliate links. Our affiliate disclosure explains what that means.

The early access list

If you give us your email address on the home page, you are asking us to email you once when Kexo opens. Our privacy policy says what we store, how long for and how to be removed.

app.kexo.io is a private system

Kexo Ltd also runs an application for its own staff at app.kexo.io. It is an internal tool. It is not offered to the public and it has no customers, no plans and no pricing.

Access is limited to people we have given accounts to. Attempting to access it, or any part of it, without our authorisation is prohibited and may be an offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.

If you hold an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign in details secure and for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@kexo.io if you think someone else has used it.

What belongs to whom

The text, images, logo and name on this site belong to Kexo Ltd or to the people we license them from. Please do not reuse them without asking.

Liability

We take care over what we publish here, but we do not promise that this site will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from the use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes, and the law that applies

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page says when they last changed.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
